I was skeptical at first if these might work, but the collapsing/ expansion functionality is awesome! They are sturdy enough to stay put with light breeze, or resist tipping over with light touches. Good reflection on bands. These cones are not a barrier. They are markers only, and sufficiently visible.

Very easy to deploy, adequately easy to store again, but I was surprised when a passing truck blew it over and about 10' from it's starting place. You need to get some kind of metal ring or square that weighs a few pounds to anchor it.One of the cones collapses on one side near the bottom and the whole cone leans over. Still okay for the price, but not great.

I’ve been so worried about finding a traffic cone for the price that wasn’t outrageous. I finally found a suitable cone that is not dinky and very good quality.
