This ottoman arrived in a much smaller box than expected. It was vacuum sealed and packaged very well, with easy to open instructions. Once opened, the ottoman took no time at all to fluff up to it's correct size! This is stable and firm due to the stuffing, but the outer cover is soft and looks great. I especially like that the cover is easily removable so that it can be washed. I was looking for an inexpensive ottoman that looks good while being functional and that is what I got!

I'm very pleased with this. It's high enough to have my feet elevated perfectly. Nice and sturdy. Really great ottoman for the price.

For the price of this ottoman it looks pretty good in my sons nursery! I wanted something comfortable to put my feet up while rocking my son and the size and firmness is pretty good! The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because it isn't very sturdy but I will accept that because its super cute!

Had been looking for an ottoman for ages and never found one that pleased me. This one is larger than I expected, soft to feet and I think it’s attractive. Don’t expect to use it as seating. Even though it is extremely firm to touch, even my cats are reticent to sit on it. Am pleased with the product and the price.

This footstool is plush and has a good shape, but the top is lumpy due to the filling that they used. It looks rumpled all the time. It’s difficult to put your feet up without it rocking back-and-forth. Hopefully it will settle down as we use it.

Looks just like the photos! The cover is very plush, and the stuffing expanded once opened, making it full and fairly firm (in a good way).

This ottoman is strong and steady. Can sit on it and use as foot rest w/o issue. Just make sure you follow the directions! When you open it it’s says to shake and unzip the top, fluffed up within 5 minutes. Ready to use, full and steady. Looks nice not cheap

I love the size of this pouf and it's pretty incredible that it was shipped in such a tiny box! I took the cover off while it was expanding. Some of the foam within the sack that stuffs the inside of the ottoman was stuck together in the middle but I was able to pull it apart and get it to completely fluff up to its full size. The only drawbacks are that every speck of dust or piece of pet hair sticks to this fabric so I constantly have to brush it off and it's a bit lumpy in one spot but I suspect that I could fix that if I remove the cover and shift things around a bit.
