Arrived quickly, undamaged. Had all the tools I needed and was easy to assemble. Love that the tires are full and ready to ride. Bonus: bottle bracket screws made installing the bottle I go seperately go right on. Recommend!

Purchased this for our daughter and its perfect! She is a bigger 14 yo and this works great for her. Its very sturdy and well built! Mom can even take it for a spin from time to time! Get it!!

Nice bike, love the look. Built it pretty easily. Tools are included which is nice. I changed the seat and added a phone holder. I had one problem with the bike, when I built it the chain tensioner was to close to the spokes. When I flipped it upside right it didn’t seem to be a problem. I was wrong. While riding the wheel spokes took the chain tensioner and broke it. Cost me only $75 to fix but $75 on a brand new bike that I paid over $335 is crazy. It is what it is. Now it’s completely fine!

I got this bike so I can go on rides with my kiddos, I got the bike. It was easy to assemble took my about 20 minutes to put together. I was sad the seat could be a little more padded. And I had to order a water bottle holder to go with it. It was nice the holes where already in place for that. I love the color, it reminds me of my old bike when I was a kid. But my biggest complaint is there was no kick stand, had to buy that separately. Took it out for a 5 mile ride, it was great no issues so far.

Purchased this bike for my wife to tag along with me on the gravel trails. She really loves it! Really didn't have to make any adjustments. Only upgrades we made were better seat and pedals. Otherwise it was a solid purchase

Bicycle came well packaged. Nothing has been missing or bent or scratched, but I can imagine possibility of some part getting bent if box were subject to abuse. Small parts were in a small box inside the big box, and the fork was protected from being bent by a throw away axle. Assembly was easy. The only thing that needed initial adjustment were disk brakes (cable tension and stationary pad). Many parts on the bicycle are not branded, but seem good quality and work well. After two months of rather light duty, the bike works well. Shifting and braking improved since new.

After assembling the bike the front brake pad rubbed on the disc, after multiple attempts to adjust this we took the bike to a bicycle repair shop. Upon them looking at the issue they advised there was no way to get the front wheel retention mechanism to function properly. It would cost more than half what the bike cost to fix.It’s a paper weight now and only had a one month return window, even though it was purchased at Christmas.
