These don’t look like much but they are nice and sturdy and work well. I especially like that the rows/columns are labeled like a breadboard and broken into grids. One of my most annoying mistakes while trying to assemble a prototype is placing a component on the wrong spot.

They're a bit in the thin, flimsy side, but the holes work for most resistors and other soldering projects. I had trouble with random cracks as I was trying to cut these down to size, so I would use a rotary tool or a small jewelers hacksaw to cut these to shape.

The thing I like best about these boards is that they are cheap and adequate quality. Solder rework may result in losing a copper pad, so be careful. Second best thing is that they use an organic coating over the copper pads that prevents them from corroding, yet act as a flux during soldering. This coating is a replacement for tin coating that you see on the more expensive bread board products.

I kept trying to just solder some female headers to one of these boards and I had the worst problem with pads lifting. I've never had an issue like this before. I tried on 10 boards over three days before I just threw it all away.

Decent number of proto boards for a small price, but you pay the price in quality, or lack thereof. The pads are not completely etched so some cutting may be necessary. Make sure you use the lowest setting on your iron that you can, and make sure you get it right the first time. Over time I have soldered dozens of pads and a few I had to resolder, which caused pads to lift. I had a few pads lift first first crack as well. And for reference, I have not had that issue with other boards, and consider myself a fairly good solderer, so morale of the story:Get the boards if you want to do a lot of prototyping or making semi-permanent boards, just get the soldering right the first time and don't rely on the pads to stay affixed to the board.Additional information: the holes are a bit wide so as you solder you seem to apply more solder than needed to fill up that hole . And make sure you clean the pads first with a bit of emery.

COST: £2.41GOOD:* Perfect for prototyping* Excellent value for money* Sturdy enough for the jobBAD:* As others have noted some holes are mildly off centre, but nothing to worry about and for the price I won't complain!
