Installation with hand tool:
- Step 1: Drill or form a hole, and adjust the size according to the recommended diameter after the test. Screw the self-tapping screw sleeve into the manual installation tool with the slot or hole facing down, and the tip of the tool should not exceed the upper point of the hole or the upper edge of the slot
- Step 2: Screw the screw sleeve vertically into the hole. When initially screwing in 1 to 2 pitches, it is necessary to confirm whether it is deviated, if any, immediately exit and realign it. Be careful not to reverse the installation tool during the self-tapping process
- Step 3: When the self-tapping screw sleeve reaches the expected depth (the upper end of the screw sleeve sinks 0.2mm from the working surface), use a hex wrench to hold the hex nut underneath, and turn it counterclockwise to withdraw the installation tool
