For the record this Adapter is threaded 3/8" - 24 FEMALE for 3/16 brake line.And the other side is MALE 7/16" - 24 for 1/4" brake lineIf you have the Flaring kit, with the fitting assortment .. And double end female Unions .. You can make it into just about ANY, 1/4" to 3/16" or 3/16" to 1/4" adapter you would ever need.

threads tight... not loose like some...male end long enough and female end deep enough for positive engagement
