I have an Earthquake MC43 cultivator that would not start. I finally found that there was a hole in the gas line where it goes through the grommet entering the gas tank. I purchased this item, installed it, and the cultivator started on the second pull. The tubing is tight in the grommet holes so I put some dishwashing liquid on tube so it slid in pretty easily and wiped it off afterwards. I also put some dishwashing liquid on the grommet that is a very tight fit in the gas tank and then used a screwdriver to help get it into the hole in the gas tank.

Perfect replacement for my earthquake tiller (mine is a DR tiller with the same 43cc Viper 2 stroke engine). It had been sitting up for four years and while it started on the four year old gas and ran for an hour, the gas line quickly failed and needed the lines renewed. This was the perfect solution. Worked for me.

The parts are all fine except the fact that if up are using this for a tune up, you can do 2 with the exception of needing to find another spark plug
