These filter better and are higher quality than the TopFin I had been using from PetSmart. The higher quality allow, if you choose, to clean with running water and rubbing with your hand. I often go 3 weeks with a fresh filter, then clean and extend for another 3 weeks before replacing with a brand new filter. Great value!

I bought these instead of the Top Fin ones I usually get at the pet store and I’m really impressed. They’re just as good as the TF ones but are much cheaper. I’ll definitely be buying these again, they’re definitely worth the price and it saves me a trip. (J)

I use these mainly because they’re cost efficient. They work pretty well in my 20 gallon and easy to install into the filter. Quality is pretty standard for filters. Not sure if it’s actual charcoal or if I’m just used to seeing dust when rinsing the filters but they seem to work pretty good. My fish have been alive for years at least lol

This is the second time I have ordered these filters. The first time I was pleased with my order. They fit the pump perfectly. However, This recent order I was disappointed. The box was all mangled. There was carbon all over the place. It was like it was just thrown in a box and thrown in a package. I’m unsure if I will order these again. I may go with another seller. I gave it a three due to the carelessness of packaging.
