The zipper, Tracks are very durable. The outer shell isn't a hard plastic but the material does a wonderful job of protecting the tank.. it is a hard shell though. You'll appreciate this case.

It fits my HK Army 4500p tank perfectly, I would say it's a bit oversized and doesn't fit my gear back, but otherwise it's great for protecting your paintball tank.

I put a 68/4500 Ninja SLP in this case when it arrived last night. The case has a larger compartment for the tank body, a small support for the neck, and another small compartment for the regulator. This tank / regulator combo consumes the entire interior of the case. A longer or larger diameter tank isn't going to fit. I question whether or not HK's own Aerolite 68/4500 will fit in here without touching both ends and leaving your tank and regulator prone to damage if the case gets dropped on either end. The regulator on those is longer than a Ninja.On the positive side the black case with gold zipper matches up well with the case on my Field One / HK VCOM Ripper.
