USER GUIDE:

I Try to ALWAYS buy 3M brand t-taps, because they ARE the BEST Quality T-Taps. Unfortunately they were on back order and had to buy something else. I chose these over some other ones that cost more because they seemed as though they were better quality than the cheaper ones. If you are a professional, these just don't match 3M quality and I would not recommend them If you are just doing small jobs or DIY person who is using for one or two projects they are ok also. They Do work, but they don't give you the "snap" sound when you crimp them on. Also, If you are not using a T-Tap crimping tool, sometimes the connector will squirm then move just enough and not latch properly. But they do work, if you are careful with the crimping process. We had to throw away a handful at the beginning because they would not splice onto the wire properly. On the bright side, The male connectors that come with them work fine.
