If you have a dump trailer you know they get the crap beat out of them, ingot these because it's just a matter of time until my hinges are toast from heavy duty use.

It was easy to weld them to the trailer and the trailer doors. They were a perfect fit for my trailer due to their geometry of angled hinge.When I greased them up, I noticed that the hinges had different tolerances. One was sloppier then the other. Hence one star reduction. Overall, this does not worry me as I abuse the trailer a lot on our land.P.S. I saw that some say they expected four pieces... these are just a pair which worked from my large swing door.

The HLMOptimo Steel Dump Trailer Hinges were heavy and strong. The part is made from 1/4" plate metal or thicker. The hinge also has a Grease Zerk Fitting in the middle of the hinge arm. The hinge also has two nuts on the side in case this hinge had to be disassembled. The hinge is well designed and made. The two hinges came in a bag from the factory. There weren't any directions included with the hinges. These hinges would function well vertically or horizontally. There is no gap or slop / play between the hinge and the mounting bracket. Each hinge is identically in shape.

Pictures show qty 4. They actually ship 2. Very misleading. Product physically seems fine.

These are very large but they are slopy fit. if you use the zerk, it will make a mess. should be tighter.

Package contained 2 hinges but picture and description further down says 4. It is not for 2 doors as is implied!
