We had a Christmas party and we're looking for a gift that would actually be used.This arrived and I opened it up to check the quality and it is very sturdy. It came in a box and was also in a bag. The holder itself was very thick and it stayed on when I tested it on our sofa. Because it is silicon it can fit a variety of sizes.Another great feature of the silicon is that the remote or phone won't slide off.Very happy with the purchase and excited for whoever receives it

As described. Jury is out though on actual usefulness- I’m not sure I like it. The stiff black insert doesn’t work well with glasses/cups maybe it’s for cans? Or bottles? Won’t be using it cuz we don’t drink out of those containers. Unfortunately, my usual coffee mug (rounded) doesn’t fit. Booo! That’s the main reason I bought it and can’t use it unless I use different mugs. The tray is smallish - iphone, pens & glasses just fit. As other’s mentioned - the plastic shiny gold rim is a bit over the top and kinda cheap looking. May have been better served being a mat matching or coordinating color.

I love this thing! I have to admit, I had my doubts, but I’m hooked. I have a leather couch with really wide arms and it fits perfectly and stays put. My drink is also secure. No more having the remote and my phone end up on the floor. I highly recommend this couch cup holder.

Ended up getting two - one for each arm of my leather sectional. They don't look cheap at all. Several guests have asked where I got them! If you like them, get them! You won't be sorry.

Very stable and comfortable! I removed the gold trim at the top as it clashed with our colouring since we have silver accents.
