If you're in the market for a powerful solder fume Extractor then this is a really good one. It's very powerful and rather compact . This unit would be suitable for 1 soldering workstation. I'm very happy with the quality and power of this unit. It also has a replaceable filter. This is a very nice solder fume Extractor. This can also be used for various other fumes.

It’s not as good as I thought, ther is still odor when using laser engraver.

Performance of unit seems to flow well but minimal smell is removed during basic use.

I was expecting a little suction with a smaller fan. This thing is huge. This is definitely overkill for a DIY solder setup. I just didn't want to breathe solder fumes anymore so figure I would get something like this to help. My goodness does it suck the fumes. It's not silent either. But I can 100% say this works. Sooooooooooooo much better than the little portable fan/filter units that are the size of a 6x6" unit.If you want something that is professional level this is clearly it. IF you have the space/room for it, I'd say get it and save your lungs!
