I recently purchased this surf calf leash for my 9’ hard top and I couldn't be happier! The durability and comfort are outstanding. Stoked on this leash, the quality is surprising for the price point. Plus the key pocket is the perfect place for a Sharkbanz pod, because you know…sharks.

I longboard with a leash. I can hold onto my board but I don’t want to kill some kid splashing in the shore break.. The longer leash stops or decreases the instance of the board stretching out the leash and snapping back into my head. So far it is great.

The calf cuff is pretty well made and comfortable. Stevie doesn't state the diameter of the cord is but it's just right for average conditions. However the rail saver is short, narrow, doesn't look or feel very strong and there's no hex pin to replace it if it fails, like on more expensive leashes.

It’s a nice leash and seems well made. But when I use it the thing tangles up a lot and has gotten wrapped around both of my feet on a few rides which is pretty scary. I will try hanging it in the sun to see if that helps.
