We ordered this dishwasher to replace or old one that had broken after 20 years. Our shipping date changed and increased by a week. I became concerned because it had stated the product was in stock. I called the company and they said it was in fact coming from Hobart and he would call Hobart to see when it would be sent. He called back and said it should be at our business by Friday. Friday came and since we didn’t receive it, I called back. The person I spoke to said he would find out what was going on and get back to me. He called back, gave me the tracking information and we received our dishwasher within a few days. It came undamaged and is working great! I would just recommend not stating it is “in stockâ€, if the item has to be ship from the manufacturer. Other than that, the customer service was great. If you order, you will need to help the driver get it off the truck and have a dolly, as the shipping company used had no lift and one driver. Luckily I had read reviews on the shipping company so we were prepared for this.
