Good solid product, great for back-up tie rod ends if you happen to break your OEM or customs. These little guys will step right in and bridge the gap.

Do note that you need to either tap or self thread these. I just used a M3 screw to do it. Decent quality for my purposes.

Bought two sets for a robotics project. The plastic end is not threaded but I was able to screw in 4-40 size threaded rod for a nice secure joint. I'm sure 3mm rod would work too. The ball end appears to be brass, and 3mm screw fits it perfectly. Most of the brass balls moved freely, but a few of them were a bit tight but loosened up after moving them around a bit. It doesn't look like the balls will come out of the plastic part easily (which is a good thing).

These worked well for me. Perfect fit of the M3 bolt, and these also fit nicely on a 3mm threaded rod. Be aware that the 'ball' has a raised shoulder on both sides so you may need a slightly longer M3 bolt to allow enough thread to come through for a nut.

I used a 3mm tap on the plastic and they easy to use with 3mm threaded rod. I then used them to make up adjustable camber links on some of my Tamiya cars.

These things are CHEAP. The material around the ball is thin and the balls are loose. I was able to pop a couple of the balls out by hand with very little effort. These may be ok for a cheap model. I definitely wouldnt want these on suspension or steering components in a more expensive model. I also wouldnt recommend using them on a 1/10 scale due to their lack of strength.
