It’s been great for the price you can’t pass it up and it’s a great esc and motor combo compared to ones I’ve bought that were triple the price. I wanted to get a brushless setup for my stock Kyosho Fazer MK-2 and I can say this setup on 2s it rips hard I honestly may have to tune the setting with the program card but she smokes tires now lol, stays pretty cool for me and can get warm but nothing that seems like a fire hazard the esc fan cuts right on soon as it get up in temps. Performance wise it works amazingly for my Kyosho Fazer Mk-2 4WD touring Car and it gives it the right amount of speed and torque needed, not too much and not to low but you can program it as I said before to get the best out of it see where your sweet spot is for you and your setup. Would most definitely buy if your looking for a great brushless ESC abd Motor SetupUpdate Jan 4th 2025- motor is going strong and is performing like a beast I forgot to say if you smell a funny scent coming from the ESC out the package, it’s most likely a little bit of waterproof coating that got on the ESC but no issues at all for me I can say

I was able to fit this in my BBX and I used a piece of scrap Lexan to cover the view of the ESC from the driver. Very happy with the final look and performance.

Faster than a vxl on same gearing by a lot. Lots of torque. If running a radio that can adjust end points on throttle you can turn down to suit where your running.

I like the way they are packaged. Very fast upgrade for my HBX desert truck. Good price for the combo easy to install and setup will buy again.

Went in easy and is built very solid.Had to solder a deans plug to get everything fit nicely in my XV-01 but it fit nicely.4000KV feels like plenty power on tap, and that's currently with only 2S, I've got a 3s pack arriving today which is definitely exciting.Ran it in the rain with my brother and it got muddy and dirty and had no incidents cleaned the chassis and checked out under the cover of the ESC and that thing is fully potted. There's no water getting in that. I'd be confident splashing through some DEEP puddles even after seeing that.

Basically just threw it in my slash ultimate definitely recommend this combo. fast, powerfull, & waterproof aswell. never had any issues with this thing ive never needed the tuning card that u can buy for another 12$ or whatever so if u think u need it maybe if your putting this in a crawler but this combo is fast. my slash does 60 mph on 13 tooth pinion. which yea they all do but i think this gets up there quicker

Put on an old sc10 and works great, wouldnt use on a bigger heavier RC, cant beat the price. ONly run it on 2 cell
