The spacers help to minimize drag on your bearings, making your bearings spin smoothly. They also help your bearings from collapsing. The solid aluminum construction dissipates heat and will last longer than other plastic.
Do you have a need for speed?
This is an upgrade you will feel immediately. We use super hard Chrome Steel balls that measure 65 on the Rockwell Scale; each ball is tested to ensure that is perfectly round. The balls run in deep-grove race ways, and are retained by a self-lubricating Delrin crown.
A low viscosity synthetic oil has been added to make these bearings spin great, while keeping friction levels at a minimum. Each bearing feature dual rubber shields(seals) to protect the bearing from dust and other contaminates. The shields also make this bearing completely serviceable.
First you need to place the first bearing into the wheel, use your inline star tool to help you. Than you want to place the stepped spacer inside of the wheel, as shown above.
After you have placed the stepped spacer inside the wheel you want to use the inline star tool to help you press in the other bearing.
Than you want to line up you wheel with the holes on the roller blade and slide the axle through.
Once you get the axle through you can screw the axle nut onto the axle. Use your inline star tool to help you get it tight

I used these in my daughter's inline skates. They roll really quiet and very smooth. She's impossible for me to catch now as far as speed goes and the bearings take beating with her jumps. Really good bearings at a very good price.

What can I say about ball bearings.... my wheels are still spinning nice after 200+ miles. So, these work and I have no reason to try others. I bought another pack so I have spares when these need to be cleaned up.

I ordered 48 some were okay however there was a number of them thathad a rusty grime to them I had to clean up.

They fit and they roll. Let you know in a month or so how they hold up. These are old roller blades. I should buy a new pair but tried new bearings first to see if I still wanted to skate.

The order was not shipped complete. I was missing bearings and spacers.I previously read the comments and saw others had the same issue but decided to attempt at ordering them due to the price. I thought maybe it was a one time mix up, but NO.I only noticed after I started placing the new bearings and spacer that I was shorted for 2 wheels. This is just not fair, and for me to have to take it all apart to return it is extremely not cool. Now I have to suffer and purchase another set for only 2 wheels!Super let down...
