The lights look good, but their actual usefulness is extremely limited due to the color.Blue lights are completely illegal on Australian roads and have no practical application. This is a major issue. Head/Fog lights are only allowed in white or yellow, and even then, they are illegal to use unless there is actual fog. To be clear, if you run these on the road, you will be pulled over and fined, and you will annoy every oncoming driver.I tested them for a while and was surprised by the lack of a proper heat sink. They get very hot. The blue color is interesting and looks cool, but since it is not legal anywhere, I am not sure what purpose these globes actually serve.Realistically, you are limited to using them on private property, for photo shoots, or on show cars. H4 bulbs have traditionally been for headlights, not fog lights, and there is no way these could be used as headlights, either safely or legally.The fit and finish are decent enough (nowhere near the build quality of big heat sink H4’s), but the application is extremely niche. Four stars for what they are (if your specifically after blue globes), one star for lighting, heat sink and being able to use them anywhere without getting fined.Bear in mind, if your looking to replace old headlights with LED’s they MUST be ADR compliant, else they will cause excessive glare to oncoming traffic. Which even if these were white, they are not. No-one enjoys driving toward cars with after market - poorly aimed LEDs in old style reflective lamps. Don’t be that person please!Overall, if you want blue lights that would otherwise render your car in Australia unroadworthy, this is an option.
