This coat/organizer rack is perfect for small spaces because it can consolidate all your entry way items in a sleek tall rack instead of on door hooks or furniture. 😉 the color is nice to match with many room styles. It is sturdy enough for sweater, lighter coats, scarves, purses and sandals in basket. Really nice space saving organizer.

This is a very stylish, modern looking coat rack. I wish that its sturdiness and build quality matched its looks. In the instructions, it says to not tighten all the screws all the way until everything is fully assembled. I think this was a mistake. When making the rods themselves, you should absolutely tighten the screws down before everything else is assembled. I think you should only follow this when you're assembling the assembled three rods/posts with the central circular pieces.Also, I found some Chinese writing on the inside of the black cloth basket... it was covered up by the post when fully assembled but ??? why are they writing on the material?? This was definitely used for something else beforehand.Finally, yes the tri-leg structure is more stable than a four-leg one, but only if nothing is hanging on it! If you hang a heavy backpack off one hook, the thing becomes very unstable. When you try to balance it, there's no way to hang something directly across from the backpack because well... it's a triangle! No corner is "across" from the other.

This arrived in a cardboard box with all the necessary pieces included inside as well as the tools and fasteners. I was able to put it together quickly and easily in under 30 minutes and it wasn't overly difficult. I did elect to swap two of the shelves but that was because of where I wanted the basket to be more than anything else. I had gotten it to place between my staircases for my kids to put their school bags and coats, etc... on which showed us the first issue. While coats and sweaters easily went on the hooks and it felt sturdy and stable. Unfortunately, when I put their backpacks on the hooks it immediately wanted to fall over. I tried using different hooks and trying to balance them but since they leave at different times that didn't really work long-term. We ended up putting a round cinderblock on the bottom shelf to help keep it flat and that works beautifully! Once we knew it worked we put a fuzzy grey pillowcase over the cinderblock to make it look pretty.Overall, even though I needed to hack this a little to get it to work for us, I think the coatrack as a whole is really nice and I would definitely recommend it, especially for the price (currently 46).
