They fit my oars, they look good and there was nothing not to like.That said make sure you actually measure the diameter of your oar and the the rope wrap or leather protection they will increase the diameter that will have to fit inside these on spruce or composite oars. Give your self about 3/16"-1/4" of extra diameter for clearance in the oarlock. Rope wraps in particular necessarily get a little fatter at both ends and you want to be able to ship your oars fast when you need to, without them getting hung up by a fat spot in your wrap.

It seems to be a quality made product upon initial inspection and use. I am hopeful that this will last for a long long time and glad that I didn't skimp to buy a inferior product.

Bought these for a row boat and they fit right in the slot and my collapsible oars stay perfectly in place while rowing!
