2. What to do if the selfie stick cannot be charged？
A: (1) Try to use the original cable for charging.
A: (2) It is recommended to use a standard size adapter (5V/2A) for charging the stabilizer, and try not to use an adapter with a charging power greater than 20W to avoid damage to the circuit.
3. Can it be used in low temperature (below -10°C)？
A: Q has low temperature protection, the product will shut down immediately after starting at low temperature, it needs to reach ordinary temperatures and charge the product to start using.
4. What to do if you can't turn on the product？
A: It is possible that Q has entered the protection mode. When the stabilizer enters the automatic protection mode, you need to manually plug and unplug the power cord to lift the abnormal state; before this state is lifted, the user will not be able to restart the stabilizer by the power on button.
5. Why does it automatically shut down?
A: Because the Q has entered the protection mode. It took me three days to figure out the features. But it is the best deal on Amazon! I already sent a video to my Best friend, who has begged me to send my gimble over when I am done with it for her son! She was super excited by it. It has a remote! It has an extension, it has the ability to lock in place or gimble away? You can turn it in three diffrent angles and I think there is a way to film a 180 degrees. It really is a steal! The remote is removable as well. I am excited to film more. I need to play around with it further. Battery life, so far I used it for about an hour and a half maybe almost two and ir wasn't even half drained. Pretty impressive. Mini cord was missing, so only down side.

The item is just as described. It is a good size to where it is easy to pack and even comes with its own little travel bag. It could fit in a purse which is nice! The stand does everything described above and is pretty easy to figure out. It does come with a instruction manual that is simple to operate as well. I have now had it for about 2 months and I have never had to charge it so Idk that you even need too. Haha Overall happy with my purchase!

It's taking me some time to understand it. I have a pet boarding facility and wanted video of the dogs. The lock doesn't work well at all, OR it's working like it's supposed to. "Lock" to me means LOCK. It barely holds it in place. And worst of all, my phone won't clear it (Android S23 Ultra) when it stabilizes... hits the bar. I don't know, I'm very frustrated with it.

It's a piece of garbage. Don't waste your time. Even if it were calibrated out of the box, it takes way too long to set up between uses. Only one button functioned on the remote. Double clicks and triple clicks to issue different commands were simply not recognized, no matter how fast between clicks and adding delay between clicks. Maybe the facial recognition works well. I wouldn't know, since the unit lost its charge one our after being unplugged from the wall. Strongly recommend you ignite a pair of Jacksons and toss them out the car window while driving down the highway instead.

This gimble is easy to set up. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Pairs easily with phone. There’s an app you can download that includes some preset automatic operations. This gimble also functions as a tripod although it’s not very steady with the weight of my phone. The tripod legs don’t lock or anything so you just have to balance it just right. The box says it includes a charging cable but there wasn’t one with mine. Takes a usb-c which I already had so that’s ok I guess. It also has a small removal remote that’s handy to have and operate the camera/gimble. It has tracking and rotation options but haven’t used those functions yet. The steadiness of the gimble is just ok, nothing fantastic but decent for the price point. Think I would opt for the 3 axis gimble next time.

Wasn’t happy with it , price is cheap but does not do much . Invest a bit more and go for a DJI
