This clothes rack is the bomb.. it is very sturdy easy to assemble and hold a lot of stuff.. if you have the room for it it's definitely worth the money

The shelving system was very easy to put together. Once you thoroughly read the instructions brochure and inventory the box contents you are basically done.Only took me about 45 minutes to construct.Also I was pleasantly surprised at the size...bigger than I thought.....yet will be perfect for the space I needed it for. Will be ordering other shelves components that match the system!Was not supposed to arrived on the day it did.......two days early.......very pleased!😊😊😊

I received one shelf dented and I feel the shelf is not as heavy duty as pictures and description indicates. I have previously bought heavy duty Shelves from a big box store and these are no where near as thick and sturdy as those. You can see my shelves are different than the stock photos because of number of triangles on each shelf and thickness of poles. I highly doubt the shelves hold 1100# plus.... probably more like 600 lbs. Plus the shelves show shipping weight of 41.4 lbs, yet the small box said 31.1 lbs and the package actually weighed slightly more than 29 lbs. Where is my other 12.3 lbs of "heavy duty" metal??? BUT even with the dent and misrepresented item, I love the shelves. I've put this type together many times, so it only took about 45 minutes. And it would probably have taken less if I hadn't tried to read the instructions ... they were not good.Since I use the room as my closet, my home office, AND a second guest room, I was bummed there was no cover.... but i fixed that simply with $4 "S" hooks, a $9 clearance curtain rod, 2 pretty shower curtains, and $12 of pretty shower curtain hooks. I just love it! The shelf holds quite a lot and i have found i can hook purses and stuff to the end with S hooks. The wheels are definitely a plus.Buy it, but WITH the knowledge that it is less durable than the one in the stock photos and hopefully yours won't come bent. Unfortunately, this is not letting me add photos so you can see what I mean. But overall I really do like the shelving rack.

Cheap materials, thin steel. It does not function as it should; I've put together many Metro racks in the past, and this one has to be the worst. It looks nothing like the photos; its size is what makes it's supposed to be hard to organize clothes and shelves. The instructions make assembly very difficult. Being true to the size is the only accurate thing

I'm anxious to use this product, however, one of the pieces broke on assembly and no contact information is listed anywhere for the manufacturer in order to replace the part. Since Amazon customer service also leaves much to be desired, I'm not sure what to do
