USE OF DIFFERENT PARTS

(1) Small arbor is applied to 3/4 inch, 7/8 inch and 1-1/8 inch hole saw (small saw).

(2) Big arbor is applied to 1-3/8 inch , 1-1/2 inch , 1-3/4 inch , 2 inch , 2-1/8 inch , 2-1/4 inch and 2-1/2 inch hole saw (big hole saw).

(3) Apapter is used for connecting the small arbor and big hole saw.

How to assemble big hole saw and big arbor?

Pass the center positioning drill on the connecting arbor through the center circular hole on the back of the hole saw, and rotate the connecting arbor.

When the thread on the connecting arbor is about to rotate into the hole saw, align the two black bolts on the connecting arbor with the two small round holes on the back of the hole saw, and then rotate the other turntable behind the bolt until it is tightened.

How to assemble small hole saw and small arbor?

Pass the center positioning drill on the connecting arbor through the center circular hole on the back of the hole saw, and rotate the connecting arbor until it is tightened.

How to assemble big hole saw and small connecting arbor?

First, screw the adapter onto the small connecting arbor, and then screw them onto the hole saw.

How to replace the center drill bit?

First take out the hex key, align the shorter end with the hole on the connecting arbor, turn it counterclockwise, replace it with a new drill bit, and then tighten it with the hex key.

ATTENTION:

1.The small arbor is applied to 3/4”, 7/8”, 1-1/8” hole saws, the big arbor is applied to the others.

2.Before using the hole saws, please select a fit rotation speed for tapping.

3.The material must be fixed well, making a 90 degree angle with the hole saws.

4.Add coolant or water continuously during operation to prevent the edge from cracking due to high temperature of the tooth tip.

5.Keep drilling slowly when the pilot drill bits through the material.

6.Stop drilling immediately if the hole saws work abnormally during operation.

7.The constructure of the big arbor is anti-spin and 2-pin lock, so the saw maybe still slightly loose when the arbor pins engaged, it's normal. It can work well and securely.

8.The small arbor and hole saw would become tight after drilling, it's normal. There is a groove at the bottom of hole saw (3/4 inch, 7/8 inch and 1-1/8 inch ), and the handle of the small arbor is also hexagonal. Two wrenches could be fixed in these two positions, and then rotate reversely to loosen them.
