I needed to add a second Caseta hub but there was no more room on the shelf where the first one lived. I bought two of these brackets and mounted to the wall. Yes, not perfectly straight but no one sees them!My only complaint was the mounting wall plugs, they did not grip well in the wall board and started to rotate when I put the screws in. Use better/stronger wall plugs.

Well if you are like me and have what you call a smart home, you will have hubs on top of hubs feeding off of your router. This mount gives me an alternate way to place one of those hubs, which is valuable on the shelf with limited space that all the hubs and router are located.This mount fits the Caseta Smart Hub perfectly. It also matches the color pretty well too. There are three ways to mount it. You can use anchors and screws to mount it to the wall. You can also use the included double sided tape, but its permanent and you cannot remove it without tearing up the wall. The third option is what I used is pretty secure and will not damage the wall. You can use Command strips or Command double sided tape to attach the mount to the wall. It has worked pretty well for me.This is not a very big purchase and is pretty much a nice to have versus a must have. If you are looking to free up some space this may be the perfect product for you.

In these days where every smart home product family seems to have its own hub, this is a nice way to help de-clutter the installation and make room on the shelf for the next one. I used the adhesive mount and everything fits and works with my Lutron Pro hub.
