The price was fair, the quality is good and it installed quickly. The only issue I had was the hardware that was included was way too large, so I had to make a trip to the store. But, if that’s the worse thing that happened then it was a great day!

This solenoid works well, fit the Holley mounting bracket well, however I did choose to oval the mounting bracket to carb holes to provide fine adjustment. The solenoid functions like every throttle solenoid I have ever been around, you turn on your AC and pop the throttle then the solenoid holds it like it should.

Solenoid works well as a replacement for factory solenoids when converting to Holley carburetors, you will need to purchase a mounting bracket.

I purchased both the solenoid and lock nut only to find out the lock nut comes with the solenoid. Do not waste your money buying the nut too.

Like other reviews, I found that this solenoid does not have the power to raise the idle speed. If you bump the throttle, it will hold. I tried full 13.5 volts off the alternator, no improvement. So it doesn't cycle with the a/c compressor, I am wiring it thru a relay to be on anytime the account cabin fan I on.
