Easy to put together (I was scared it'd be a nightmare) took all of 15mins. Very comfortable, beautiful chair. Massager is nice. I bought this for Christmas for my son and he loves it. Will buy more of these!

chair is fire highly recommend buying it. needs broken in but should be fine. it’s comfort and a lil big for my room but it was cheapest and I just highly recommend getting one. took only like 4 days 3 days tops to get here. I bought the same chair for someone for Christmas bc he said he liked it. (he done fell asleep in it). there was one issue tho the arms wouldn’t screw in all the way tight but I’m managed to get it tightened, the foot lift also was on backwards but was easy to fix.

This doesnt cost that much and it definitely shouldnt cost that much. Not very comfortable, the padding is thin and will it ware out quickly. The materialseems relmthin as well. Form thenprice its good enough tho. It looks really cool and will probably last someone who weighs about 150 lbs a year but some one who weghs over 200 lbs probably last 6 months. So as long as you realize you are buying a disposable office chair, like they all are, then get it. I have bought dozens of chairs and spent anywhere from $80 dollars to $250 and they all seem to break after at least a year! I think to get good quality office chair we have to spend at least $500 dollars. I will shell that money one of these days and see how the chair holds up with daily use. This one, i can just tell by the quality, it aint gonna last long. For the orice i still five it 4 stars. After it looks cool and has a pillow that you fasten to it with something that vibrates inside of the pillow and it sits diwn by your tailbone. Thats so they could say its a messaging chair, lol! Dont expect anything fancy. But hey, you can tell your coworkers you have a messaging chair, just dont let anyone sit in it so they find out how useless it is.

DO NOT BUYI was very optimistic when i bought this chair, however that quickly changed once it was delivered. for starters, the chair was amazing until i sat in it for the 4th time, i noticed the cushion would immediately go flat and i could feel that i was sitting on the wooden platform under the so called "memory foam". the seat cushion is not memory foam, instead just some cheap foam filling that will flatten when anything heavier than 50 lbs. i reached out to the support team explaining the situation and they offered to send me a new seat cushion free of charge, i was more than happy with this solution. however, after not receiving any information or updates as to the replacement cushion for 8 days, i decided to reach out yet again to find out the status of the replacement. i was met with a message informing me that the part was out of stock and was offered a $20 refund instead. i was very displeased with this because i feel if i hadnt reached out they would have never said anythingthe chair has a good look, but thats about it, its not comfortable, and everything seems to come loose bolt wise after a few uses.for all you gamers out there like myself AVOID THIS PRODUCTcheaply made chair and an even worse support teamwill never buy from or recommend this company to anyone againwill be returning this chair before the return window closesHIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Assembly was pretty easy and had no problems with that. Chair is comfortable for the price, but I was coming from a 5 year old that barely had any cushion.My main issues with are the wheels and the armrests. Armrests don’t seem to be very stable. It’s only been a few 3 weeks since I put it together and both of them have come loose, requiring me to tighten up again with the provided Allen key. Not a huge deal, but something to note. My biggest issue are the wheels. They get stuck and don’t roll as they should. Instead it literally stays stuck and it drags when I move the chair. I reached out to the manufacturer on their website to see if they can send me replacement wheels and I haven’t heard from them in 3 weeks. I can’t do a return because I threw out the box (my mistake) and I threw out my old chair so I’m stuck with this. Do yourself a favor, spend a little bit more money and get a better quality chair.

This chair was easy to setup. For first time setup, expect it to take 30-45 mins with a #5 hex/allen bit and a power screwdriver. Expect it to take 15-20 mins on a second chair, as you will be much quicker since you know what goes where. This was a great deal, and I paired mine with the Rollerblade wheel casters for office chairs. That will give you a higher sitting chair that won't scratch your floors, and will roll very easily. They even have different colors for the rollerblade wheel casters. The metal legs and thicker leg rest supports are more sturdy and of higher quality than chairs with the plastic legs.

I've had 37 back surgeries. I'm not a gamer, but I use this for my office chair. So comfortable and lots of lumbar support.
