The original pump died in less than 2 years. After some research, I found this is a replacement part. Thought of giving it a shot rather than buying the whole set again. Worked like a charm and the sprayer works better than new.

Replaced Ryobi pump in my 18v sprayer that went bad. Perfect fit. Never let unit run dry and try to pump and this should last long time

What’s to say, it works. I’d suggest taking a photo of how the old motor looks before removing it so it’s easier to put the new one in. Shame on RYOBI for making short lasting junk!

delivered on time and easy to install.NOTE: on the ryobi sprayer i have the pump wires were soldered directly to the connectors on the pump. they required a soldering gun to remove and then attach to the new pump.

As most of the other reviews state, it's an easy fix. I'm guilty of being too lazy to run clean water through the sprayer after use. I'm sure this has accelerated the deterioration of the original pump.It took about twenty minutes to replace. Sprayer works like new.

This pump was defected within three minutes of use with a soap and water mixture that I was spraying.. The rubber diaphragm in the pump is bad from sitting on the shelf for many years..

Bought this to replace the motor on my Ryobi chemical sprayer....that I thought was dead. This is a perfect fit, and brought the tool back to life!! Easy to replace (plenty of vids on YouTube....). You will need to solder the connections (not a big deal) or you could use a slide-on connector. I think the sprayer works better now then when it was new. Replace parts.....don't throw stuff away. About a 30 min job.....
