This is an awesome blanket! Extra long cord so you can plug it in anywhere. I bought it to use as a throw for my husband who is 6'2" so when most throws don't cover him all the way, this one does. He suffers from arthritis so the heat feels good on old, achy bones. The weight is good, not to heavy. It seems to be made well and the control is easy to use. I ordered the blue one and really love the color. For the size of this blanket I would say it's a good value for the money.

Soft & lightweight, heats up quickly, nice neutral color blend, and normal & equal heat distribution. Size is typical for a throw, just enough to toss over the couch and also fits just right on top of a full-size bed. Quality overall seems as good as other more expensive brands I’ve had. The best two features this blanket has that most others in this price range do not: 1) a longer shut-off timer, 8 hrs as opposed to those with only 3 or 4 hrs; and 2) the control panel and the plug-in are contained on one cord, whereas others have them separated on 2 - so with this one there’s no annoying tangled mess of 2 cords and instead the simplicity of both on just one. Also this cord is plenty long enough for the plug-in to reach the wall, with the control panel resting comfortably within arm’s reach. Last thing: buy this blanket because every time I went to view the listing prior to my purchase there always was a decent discount shown, no matter the size or color. I’m happy I chose this blanket over the 3 or 4 others I considered and highly recommend it.

Have been through a number of electric blankets trying to find the right one for me. I wanted heavy, furry, thick, warm. This delivered all. It’s very lovely and do soft.

UPDATE: Washed for first time! So my dog decided to throw up on it, and I was faced with having to wash it. I put it in delicate cycle for 45 mins because I am the type of person that never learned to separate laundry types lol! It came out sopping wet and I had to wring out tons of water by hand and then set it in the bathtub to dry for 3 days until it was mostly dry. Then I touched it up in the dryer on low for 2 minutes. I figured I had just ruined by new blanket, but when I plugged it in, it works! So now you guys know how much abuse it cam take! Me and my potato pup are very surprised and pleased 🤓It is 17° F outside. It is bitterly cold outside and I walk the pup 3x a day, so I ordered this blanket for same day delivery out of desperation. It was easy to set up and turn on. The blanket hasn't shedded from what I can tell, and is very silky soft! It is lightweight yet fluffy.Now my feet are toasty and the potato pup is being baked. Mission accomplished!

. . . you really get what you pay for. It is nice for the price (I paid after taxes and fees just under $30 after discount (price - 5 stars). It get's good and hot and the controller is easy to use with good control of the temperature (controller 4.5 stars). The faux fur is very nice and soft, I really like it (5 stars!!). . . BUT!!. . . Unless you like a very light blanket, you might not like this one too much. As an electric blanket it does a good job and the faux fur has a very nice feel but it's just so lite that even though it feels nice to the touch, it feels cheaply made because of the lightness (general quality - 3.5 stars).For a $30 elec. blanket it's very nice but it's really not a 5 star blanket.

I've had this blanket for a few weeks, and it's fine. The texture is nice--it's certainly the softest heated blanket I've had. It does shed a bit, so use for a cozy night in.The only complaint that I have, and it's a major one, is that the temperature is unstable. If I turn it on to 3, it gets scorching hot (to what I would call a 7 or 8) and then slowly decreases to what most people would call a 3. The problem with that is that your body is busy adjusting to that 7 or 8 heat level while the blanket slowly decreases to a 3, so by the time the blanket is done adjusting, a 3 isn't warm enough! Then you turn it up to 4, and the problem repeats itself.At this point I turn it on about ten minutes before I want it and then use it when it's already leveled out. Just an unfortunate extra step. Overall I wouldn't recommend it, although it is very soft and looks nice.

This thing is small but mighty. It's fuzzy, and its heat is evenly distributed, so there are no hot spots. The control is simple to operate. It looks pretty and feels nice against the skin, unlike some heated blankets, you can toss it in the washer. What's not to like? I keep it under my desk at work.

Yayyys. I researched good heated blankets and I’m obsessed with this one. I love the brown as it really does. Look like fake fur. It’s super warm and super soft. Highly recommend!
