One of my daughters held her wedding reception at a venue where open flames were not allowed. These battery operated candles felt and looked real. I especially love the option for a flickering flame! Very easy to use. When setting up, I realized that one remote would work all of the candles!!! Great product!!!

I wanted to come back and do a second review for these candles. As you can see below, I had a broken candle when I opened the box and then it would not work. I also had one candle that would not light up. I figured out a quick fix for that. FIRST let me say that I wrote to the seller and they were so kind and they put a brand new candle in the mail to me to replace the broken candle. I did send them a picture. They were very prompt and very nice about it. Would I buy from this company again? Yes, I believe I will hoping that the candles are a little bit more patented so that one does not arrive broken. And two, I want to say that I really like these candles. They were actually they look nice. You can use them on the timer or you can just turn them on and off, which is what I do to be just a bit more battery-thrifty.The one candle that just would not work, I said there has to be something I can do to make this candle work. This is crazy. I know they don’t sell a bunch of broken candles. So I gave the flame, a little thump with my fingernail and guess what IT CAME ON and IT HAS WORKED EVER SINCE. THANK YOU so much to a very nice company. And this should say at all…. I will buy from them again.1st review:One candle came broken. Makes a pretty wick light. Second purchase from this company. So disappointed. Returning.

These taper candles are an excellent alternative to real candles. The flame has a slight flicker and the candles are covered in wax both of which give a very believable effect. I would love if they could also be offered in an “off white†option. Only issue was that the instructions indicated each candle required 2 AA batteries when in fact they require 2 AAA. Also, the candles need to be first turned on on the bottom of each before the remote works. All in all, I’m very happy with the purchase.
