I live in an apartment where you can hear everything down to the breathing of the other person rooms over. The walls themselves are relatively thin, but that huge gap underneath my bedroom door certainly didn’t help in the slightest. Made it feel like any conversation, or even movement in my bedroom was being heard by the entire unit. My bedroom didn’t exactly feel like a very private space.Going into this- I didn’t expect a whole lot, but figured it was worth a shot. Installing was very easy. The most tedious part was finding a height to where my door was able to still open smoothly without much resistance of it rubbing on the ground, but that was an easy fix with the Velcro aspect.The sound proofing? Incredible. Beyond my expectations. Certainly not completely silent, but LIGHTYEARS better than before. Not to mention my room finally can hold a steady, cooler/warmer temperature than before after sealing that huge gap beneath the door.Cannot recommend this enough! Got a two pack and will probably install the second on my front door of my apartment for hallway noise/drafts.

When I bought this I didn't think to trim it before installing it which definitely complicated the process, but even so it looks great and works well. This draft stop, comes as a set, and I did trim the second one prior to installation. I very highly recommend measuring and trimming before installing. I've already opened and closed the door a few dozen times and it hasn't moved at all. The Velcro is plenty reliable and even held up to me vigorously trimming the first side. I don't actually know how well it will reduce the noise, but it definitely helps keep the cold out. When the product is flat against the floor it is very easy to cut and trim. The only thing I actually didn't like is that it's folded in half to fit into a smaller box, and you have to manually insert the foam on one side. Otherwise it's a good quality set and the foam is plenty thick enough to keep the air in or out depending on the purpose.

This draft stopper was easy to put together and to apply. The hardest bit was getting the foam into the tube, it I followed suggestions made by other reviewers to push it through with a hard straw. It stuck easily to my door and definitely works well to keep the draft out. It makes a decent seal and is thick enough to work. However, after a month or two of use, it is beginning to tear away from the outer edge of the door, which is disappointing because this door is only opened once ot twice a day. To be clear, it's not an adhesive issue. It's still sticking, but the tube that the foam goes into is tearing away from the adhesive strip. Overall, I would purchase again.

I love that it’s adjustable so it can fit whatever gap you have! It’s been very sturdy, not trying to rip off the door at all when door opens and closes. It stops the draft and allows no air flow! Great price as well.

I saw other reviews complaining about having to insert the Styrofoam into the tube casing and I thought that was a petty complaint, but now I see what they mean. Not easy to do and I couldn't get mine completely where it needs to be. They item is a cheap quality, but the Velcro is good and I'll see if it holds up to this week's winter weather.

I LOVE this thing! It was so easy to install.It keeps the cold air out, and I love that you are still able to adjust the height a little bit once it's installed thanks to the velcro strip. My front door is not level, making it impossible for me to have my entry rug centered in front of my door. I was worried that this would grab my rug and cause the door to get stuck, but it just glides right over. I am so happy!

Does the job. My only issue is that the foam bits stick out the ends a bit and I don't know how to fix it. Makes it look a little cheap
