1. ADD ICE, SALT & WATER
These are added through the oval inlet only, into the metal canister. The combination of salt, ice, and water initiates an endothermic reaction, rapidly reducing the temperature to well below freezing.
Tip: during warm weather (80°F+) use the insulation sleeve (included) to speed up the process and prevent the slush from melting.
2. ADD YOUR SODA DRINK
Designed to work with any high sugar content drinks. It’s the sugar that makes the slush, so no diet or sugar-free! Compatible drinks include: Coke, Pepsi, Sprite, Fanta, Dr Pepper, Mountain Dew, Red Bull ... and many more! Add your beverage of choice and sit back and watch as it slowly turns into a slushie.

3. POUR & ENJOY!
After 15-20 minutes of mixing the liquid will become thick and slushy. Switch to “Dispense” mode and pour out your ice-cold, refreshing slushie!
Clean-up is a breeze - just lift off the top section and wash with warm water and mild dish soap.

So….. not a big fan of this. It takes along time (30 mins) to get the slosh. Can only get one at a time. Just not really worth it. It was fun for the kids but not a great product

Seemed simple to use. Use the ice salt, used the slushie mix and this did not make a slushie at all.. Not one bit of ice for a slushie...So I gave it another shot.. NOPE nothing.. tried to make a slushie for 40 plus minutes.. This item is JUNK and I cannot return it.. DO NOT BUY this one! HORRIBLE..

My kids and I had a lot of fun making slushies. It’s like a mini science experiment: the salt gets the ice much colder than it ordinarily would, which makes the coke (or whichever soda) form a slush layer on the outside of the metal cup. (FYI the salt is in a different area to the slush and doesn’t mix with it, similar to making homemade ice cream). The paddles spin around the cup, gradually scraping off the slush layer. Yes, it’s a bit loud but I’ve got a blender that’s way louder than this!It's a party hit. Kid approved.

Bought this for my husband's birthday!! Takes awhile to serve and was actually really loud and came out thick!! Honestly thought we broke it the first time he used it because it was so loud and slow. 😞

Bought this for my kids who are Slushy mad. After a bit of research and trial and error we’ve got it working like a dream. Kids don’t stop asking for more slushees.It turns out the 7-Eleven Slushie machines used a 13% sugar mix, but anything from 11% to 15% should work fine. Coke (11%) works fine, but Mtn Dew (12-13%) is better.We tried a 8% sugar fruit juice but it formed a hard ice (not slush) layer which was difficult for the machine to process.In the end we bought a gallon of Blue Raspberry syrup on Amazon, which should keep us in slushies for a while! Great product!

Ice Cold Slushies!My grandson’s favorite gift – he’s now obsessed with making slushies. Works great with regular Coke. I'm not sure why other people have had issues using this machine – we follow the instructions, and it works fine every time. Just make sure you use cold sodas.

Used a handful of times and stopped working. Also need specialty salt or quality is bad. Very loud and disruptive.

We got two of them and tried one as the other was a gift for someone it did not work just froze up. They was quick to respond when we asked for a refund and to return it.
