These withstood at least a few years of spills and abuse by my young children before I had to replace them. And I bought them again. Now we use the old ones for crafts, painting and coloring. They're the right thickness, have some thermal insulation and are soft to the touch. They wipe right off, no matter the spill and dry quickly. One thing I've learned is that you don't want to submerge them in water, or they may develop some mildew -- unless you change them to dry.

Very nice placemats. Easy to clean. Look very classy on my kichen table. When using my dinning room I also use them there to help keep my tablecloth clean. Like he fact that they are heat resisant. I recommend these placemats.

I bought the gray color mainly because of the price, and it looks just fine. Nice size, and I think I even like that it’s not too thick. For years I’ve had woven and quilted table mats that needed to be laundered. I finally got tired of not being able to just wipe them clean, and along with the fact that small crumbs get caught in them. I like these, and I’m actually quite happy with the gray.

These placemats are waterproof and so easy to just wipe off. I have a 5 year old who loves to make a mess when he eats and everything he’s gotten on these, have wiped off so easily.The color is exactly what was pictured. They are slip resistant and stay in place very well.Great texture and quality. Would definitely buy again.

It's very attractive, has a nice feel, and does a good job to protect the table. It almost looks like a linen placement; but much more protective and stain resistant.

These pads a beautiful blue. A great value and the thickness is substantial. They don’t wrinkle and are heat and water resistant

These placements are just as depicted. We ordered 6 and have been using them for a month and are happy with them. They are easy to wipe clean, and seem to be sturdy and durable. We got them to protect a wood table from heat and they are doing the job :)
