Nothing special to say really. I found a video on youtube where a guy installed this under the exhaust valve spring. The Intake already had one (I don't know why one has it and the other doesn't). The idea is the valve spring keeps this piece compressed and holds the brass valve guide in place. I've had that guide migrate out, causing the valve to stick open (no compression, won't run).
