Needed this tool for work and noticed the hex tool was deformed and it didn't work with opening a honeywell thermostat, which is its main purpose.. I returned it and was charged $10.32 to send this back to Partzstop. I contacted them by email and phone and they refused to cover the shipping charge I paid. So, I basically paid $10.32 to borrow a defective tool that I gave back to the store. I hate you Partzstop, I hate you so so so much.
