Have you heard that before? Or if your old central air just needs a new motor like me.I tested the thermocouple and it was OK so it had to be the gas valve. This valve was an exact replacement and easy to install with a couple pipe wrenches and some yellow pipe dope.All I had to do was adjust the pilot flame using the adjustment screw it was way to big.See instructions included with the valve.

Worked immediately after replacement. Its now 1 year later and I found that it needs replaced again. I dont know if this is due to the gas control valve being poor quality or if something my furnace is doing to cause this. I'm considering furnace replacement just to be certain.

Everything went fine. So far so good. Although this happened at the end of the season, we really haven't had a chance to use the heat now that Spring has sprung.

Replaced the old NG Valve. It was quick and simple. Took less than 30 minutes to replaced on a hot water boiler. Replaced about a month ago and still working ðŸ‘

this valve did not say honeywell on it and failed after less than two years very dissappointed , espically with the cost to have installed now I have to get a new one and pay hvac contractor to install thinking this gas valve is faulty should have got a new 20valve from retiable seller

This fit perfectly. I had been without heat for 2 mos. Paid about $100 for a CO to come over to tell me I needed a new furnace. They didn't make these parts anymore, they said. Right after they left I got on Amazon and there it was! Thanks I now have heat!!!
