We bought this light for our GoPro Max for general lighting purposes (in and out of the water). We haven’t used it underwater yet but love the brightness of this light. It works great! LampStand also did an amazing job with their customer service. We received a defective light and the battery didn’t quite fit the casing. I processed a replacement through Amazon and we received the replacement product from LampStand 2 days later! They ended up sending us a full refund for convenience purposes. I will definitely be buying more products from them as they’ve gained my loyalty. Thank you LampStand!

Light nice and strong. The dual head mount does not work, otherwise I would give it a five star review. The problem with the dual head mount is that you cannot tighten it so therefore it flops down. There’s a design flaw with it. The base works perfectly fine, but in order to use it with the GoPro, you need the dual mount.

The double plastic connector came with a bent nut, making it impossible to connect the GoPro screw.

I'm giving the stars I am giving for the light itself. The light is the only good thing about this product. The mount is a total let down... so this product is useless unfortunately. The receiving part of the thumb screws do not screw in all the way so the light and the GoPro are completely unsecured and will not stay upright. I tried screwing them in with all of my might and it would advance or tighten any further. Feels a little cheaply made for the price they are asking for.

Great little light. Great for low light situations with my gopro. Illuminates a fairly good size area. I won't get to use it underwater anytime soon but did test it out in the tub to see if it was water tight and it worked without a hitch with no leaks. The button to turn the light on is very tight so you will need to press it pretty hard but I'm sure it will loosen up a little with continued use. Great addition to my camera kit.

I really liked the look of this setup and thought it would be perfect for a minimalist dive camera setup but it is entirely made of plastic. The plastic is also very flimsy and flexes more than I am comfortable with. The door for the light is held on with a plastic clip that keeps tension with a very thin metal spring clip. I never took this in the water for use so I can only describe my thoughts from assembling and holding this in hand. The light is ok, bright enough without a hot spot, but I had no faith that this would last longer than a few dive trips before breaking so I returned it.

Just want to point out that the included bracket, while a great idea, is extremely hard to tighten. If you look at the photo, the "pin" is too close to the bracket which makes it impossible to tighten by hand or a tool.Diving Belize in a week and will update the review once the lights are truly tested!UPDATE: Lights worked as expected. Took them 140ft in Blue Hole and 6 dives after that. Photos are at 50ft with full sun and slightly silty water. Do not expect to to get super bright light during the day with two lights. But for the price and lightweight, you could mount 4!!
