I replaced the exhaust fan in my bathroom with this fan. Installation was no different from other exhaust fan, and since I've done it several times before it was a breeze. The fan itself is extremely quiet, and it has to be sent airflow. It's rated at 110 CFM, which is higher than the 75 that I had before. The light is nice as well, providing decent ambient light, but I still tend to turn on the recess can lights in the bathroom.Overall are pretty happy with it, and the true test will see how long the motor will last before it starts making noise.

Well this is the second d exhaust fan Amazon has lost!I'm sure it's a good product and would work fine. But, two orders and both were lost??

The price is great. I replaced a builder grade 50cfm with a whopping 4 sones rating (very loud), with this unit. While I noticed a reduction in noise, the airflow seems unchanged. In my estimation the actual specs are closer to 50cfm and 2 sones. Even if that is true, 40.00 (the price at the time of this writing) is still fair.
