Puller came nicely packaged and easy to use. I had issues with a generic one that came with my nuphy keyboard and would be difficult to pull the switches out. This one was firm and easily pulled the switch out. Definitely recommend for anyone needing to swap switches.

I bought this because the keycap/switch puller combo tool included in a lot of boards I buy are just a little flimsy. I swap lots of switches and this was an excellent investment. Only 4 stars because the hooks could be just a little deeper to apply more leverage without bending the actual puller. This was only an issue on the more stubborn switches. This is an upgrade over the flimsier combo puller.

Effective if used on switches meant for remove and replace. If not switches can be damaged along with tendinous hand injuries. Please do not attempt to remove ingrown lashes or contact lenses. This item is strictly meant to remove switches from keyboards

Good for a quick key job but it won’t be very useful once metal fatigue breaks the ends off.Find a better one if you plan on using it more than once. I replaced 7 switches with it. Also will break the key switches you pull with it by collapsing the outside too much to be reused.
