Easy to put together, good quality, looks very expensive even though it isn’t! I had to wrestle with 2 screw holes and that’s it!

I really like this product for the money. It looks great and holds over 5 blankets. Only downfall was this product was very difficult to put together directions were confusing. Ended up putting together incorrectly then taking apart to put back.

We needed something simple & not overpowering to simple hang blankets on in our family room! This is Perfect. It makes a cozy statement but is not “flashing “ when u walk into the room! I like that it doesn’t stick out too far & came with foam tape to protect my walls. It’s sturdy & was easy to put together.

I dont normally write reviews but this was horrible. all the holes are not aligned. missing pieces and the screws dont even fit. the instructions are extremely vague as well. horrible product! dont recommend!

The ladder looks fine once put together, the color is very pretty. However the pieces do not line up perfectly, and it is noticeable. It also arrived with many of the pieces stuck together with the protective styrofoam, leaving residue remaining on the wood. There are also no holes pre drilled for the hooks.

I had to drill all the pre drilled holes, they were too small for the provided screws. The finish of the wood would be described as DISTRESSED! The provided Robertson screws easily rounded out. I had to source replacement screws. The upshot, I would describe the overall quality as poor. I sent an email to the provider via Amazon a week ago to which I have NOT received a reply.
