I had some maintenance to do on the boat and I didn't want to deal with a whole scuba set up. The hull needed a firm scrubbing and I wanted to replace the zincs while I was at it. It was a great deal easier to just grab a mask and some tools than have to lug the entire scuba rig around while I was navigating around the drive shafts and props.I also had to do some mooring work and again this worked like a champ. Very satisfied with the setup.It is a little on the light duty side. I don't think it's intended to so any hardcore lifesaving activities so the materials are appropriate. That having been said, if you're intending on daily use, I'm not sure how long it might hold up.In all, this definitely fit the bill and would recommend to anyone with similar needs

Having a pond with 15000 gallons and koi fish the bottom drain pots fill up with muck cleaning the muck is a chore but the hooka speeds up this maintenance chore. I can see the usefulness of this for boat maintenance as well just swimming with the koi.

This is the way to go to clean the bottom of your boat You don't have to get all suited up Throw on some lightweight grab your Scraper put the reg in your mouth and go and of course be certified safety first.

We have a fishing vessel that transits across the ocean and occasionally we will get rope or net in the wheel and need to go under the boat to clear it out. This is perfect for that job
