...but not happy with why I had to get them (sigh).It finally occurred after a little over a year of owning my JK. I forgot to strap up the door limiter on the driver's side door. The obvious happened and now there is a dent in the cowl.Fortunately, I found these covers and they work well as long as you use good adhesive tape. I bought a small roll from the local auto parts store and stuck it on to the inside of what already came on the cowl cover. I do not anticipate any problems. I also cleaned the body with some isopropyl alcohol before sticking the cowl on to ensure a clean surface for adhesion.These look pretty good once installed and should be solid for a long time.5/5 Stars

Tape on there is crap! It comes off with ease. Just take it of. Take some sandpaper.. scuff around the underside to break the smooth and give tape some bite. Buy some 7/8 3m at autoparts. Use some alcohol wipes to clean and place tape. Clean panel with alcohol wipes.. and firmly press down. It's solid. Yes the tape sucks!! It's a cheap accessory. Easy fix and for 11 bucks more It's on for a long time!

Love the look and ease of placement. It fit with minimal overhang which is great buuuuuut the adhesive is absolute $#%&!!!!! I lost my passenger side piece going 50mph down the road!!! And that's after freshly washing, drying and left to air dry before placement. I knew I should have used my 3M mounting tape. The adhesive with the piece was like a sticky rubber band.Will update once I order a new set and use the 3M tape.*UPDATE*10/10/21 I have had these on with my new mounting tape without them falling of. And no issues. So far the color hasn't faded that I can tell either. Love these, if they do fade I will reorder.

Easy to put on, I did an extra layer of tape just in case. Looks good and is cheap, covers the mirror dent from the previous owner haha

bought these to cover up the common mirror dent from The door opening too far on a JK. Fit very well looks great wish I would have had them before I opened the door up too far

These look great and we’re easy to install, the only issue I had was for some reason the passenger side didn’t have the best adhesion. It wasn’t a big deal I was able to get it to stick with a little extra double sided tape.

I’m very disappointed with this cowl. It is made of thin hard plastic and looks very cheap. I don’t expect this to offer any protection nor style, I will be removing it from my Jeep and really hope the tape hasn’t caused damage to my paint.
