I chose this for my new kitchen countertop. The installation was easy. The end result was a stunner! Most use the circular but this was it! Different look but sturdy. Makes everyone ask "What is that?" Conceals well. Function was perfect for the price.

This is wonderful for a floor outlet. You will need to support it by putting a brace under it or attaching it to a joist. It is a standard 3†box painted black. The part that flips is the main thing. It houses the outlet and USB ports. It connects like any other outlet and then you run power to the box. The instruction are small and not very good but luckily the outlet is marked with L, N and G to let you know where the wires connect. I have not permanently installed this but I did connect it to temporary power and it seemed to work fine. The price is lower than other floor outlets but they are built sturdier and have brass heavy tops. This is fine if you are not rolling heavy furniture over it.
