The features and overall quality of this toilet are great. These bidet toilets sit very close to the wall, so you may run into an issue depending on where your water valve comes out of the wall and how far out it sticks. Ours happened to line up exactly with the left side of the toilet, but it only came out 3 inches and we actually had a 10.5" rough in instead of just 10" so we actually had 1/4" space between the toilet and water valve (Talk about close!) If the valve was a couple inches either left or right, it wouldn't have been an issue as it would've been to the left of the toilet or behind it in the opening in the back. The only suggestion for improvement I have for this toilet is the hookup (Which isn't a huge deal, but could be better.) They supply you with a water valve that you can either hook up and replace your existing shut off (Which I can't really see anybody doing, unless they were going to do it anyway), or hook it up piggy back off your existing one via the 3/8 compression adapter that comes with it. The other end of the valve is 3/4 MIP to fit the pre-installed hose coming off the back of the toilet. This hose is basically a braided flex water heater hose with 3/4 FIP connectors on each end, one is already attached to the toilet. If you've worked with these hoses before, they are fairly stiff, even being a flex hose.I decided to not use their supplied water valve at all and just use the one I already have. The only real benefit to their supplied water valve is it has an inline sediment filter in it you can clean. We have all PEX pipe and a 3 stage filter system on the entire house so sediment isn't an issue for us. Basically, you can go to the hardware store and get a 3/8 compression to 3/4 MIP brass adapter and then a flex supply hose with 3/8 compression on both ends. Hook the 3/4 MIP end of the adapter into the main hose off the toilet and then the 3/8 supply hose to the water valve and the other end of the adapter. Much easier and you don't have two water valves in place.Toilet has been installed for about 10 days so far and everything has been great.

The hardest part of installing this toliet is routing a wire through the wall and putting in an electrical box with a gfci outlet. My wife said that she didn't want an extension cord showing and by routing the wiring through the wall makes for a professional installation

I had to buy a 10 inch rough in and this was the only one that actually caught my eyes. The design and curves are very slick. However, installation can be trick and the water line is super thick. Not to mention about the price, however, the thing does everything!

Great so far. It appears to be made of good quality materials (made in China). All of the features work, as advertised. Installed it yesterday morning, myself, with little difficulty. I don’t have an older home with just a 10 inch distance from the drain to the wall, but I decided on this toilet because the water supply is directly behind the drain, and the drain center is just under 12 inches from the wall. Glad I made this choice. I had just enough distance between the back side of the toilet and the water supply. Bonus is that Horow provided all the necessary hardware for the installation, both for the water supply and the drain. The biggest pain with these smart toilets is running the wiring behind the toilet but I found a YouTube to help me with that. The install / instruction guide is a hoot. It’s obvious that the writer doesn’t have mastery of the English language. But I was able to figure out the installation with supplied illustrations.I’ll provide an update if any of the features die on me.

Really great customer service & I am very happy with the model and the foresight they put into the product (such as being able to turn off the side LEDs permanently), even if it's not covered in the documentation.
