I was in the process of replacing my old toilet's seal when I discovered that the bolts that held the tank to the base had completely rusted and several parts were shot. Seemed pointless, since the toilet was over 40 years old, to try to get parts to repair it. I needed a toilet that was no more than 26" tall and had to fit into a very small bathroom. This seemed ideal and it was. Installation is a snap and unlike other toilets you buy, this company includes all the parts you need including the wax ring. The only real issue is that it is extremely tricky to center the toilet onto the flange bolts since you cannot see what you are doing and even trickier to get your hand into the small holes to screw on the nuts. Othewise, there's really nothing to put together. The toilet comes securely packed, encased in a thick Styrofoam sarcophagus. The company clearly doesn't want to take any chances with breakage. I chose to use one of the better than wax gaskets instead of the wax, only because when you are trying to center and place the toilet on the flange by yourself, changes are about 1000% that you will miss the mark and ruin the wax ring and then have to start all over with a new wax seal. The toilet looks great, operates great, and is a great value. My biggest concern was that because of the large toilet base, it was going to hit my water supply. My water supply line is much closer to the toilet than it is in most regular size bathrooms. However, the design of the toilet allows for enough carve out space in the back for it to fit. Yes! So pleased!

This toilet is very nice. Low profile, easy to clean, with its smooth sides and it does not take up a huge amount of space in a small bathroom. It’s also water saving. This is nice with the price of water continuing to go up exponentially. My only criticism is that I wish it were available with a round seat instead of the elongated seat. My personal preference is that the round seat is more comfortable.

I like the way this toilet bowl looks and operates. It uses less water than any toilet bowl, which is a good thing. However, the negative is if you take a pretty big dump, it will clog it and it happens often more often than I would want it to. It’s very bad when you have guests over and they take a normalized dump and clogs. That’s a very embarrassing thing for them and then I have to go unclog it.When putting the toilet bowl in it was a little tough to tighten the nuts down because it holes on the side, but they’re too small to fit your hand in but eventually it will get done.It is comfortable, sitting on the seat, comes off excellent to clean it quick and it’s an inch higher than other tables which I like.

We ordered two of these toilets to replace the old ones in our fixer upper. Anything would have been better than what we had, but our priorities for toilet functions were flushing power and being easy to clean. The toilet bowl doesn’t hold a lot of water, which is a perk for cleaning but we questioned whether it would be more difficult to flush everything down. Hasn’t been an issue at all. We’re a family of 5 and this toilet gets a 10/10 for flushing power/capabilities and being easy to clean and keep clean. The flush is also quiet, the soft close toilet seat closes softly during the chaos of the day and the wee hours of the night, install was straightforward for a husband who had never installed a toilet before, the comfort height is comfortable for adults and toddlers alike (keep a stool nearby), and you can appreciate the intuitive flush design that says the smaller button is for less water and the bigger button is for more water.We saw a lot of other reviewers complain about the toilet seat being wiggly and needing to get the upgrade. We may upgrade in the future but we don’t see the toilet seat being an issue for us anytime soon.Special note on phenomenal customer service: We installed one toilet about a month before we tried to install the second. (We had a baby come six weeks early.) It turned out that the second toilet needed the 10†rough-in. It was after our return window had closed, but the customer service for this company went above and beyond to accept our return, send us the 10â€-rough-in replacement, and offered things we never would have even asked for to make our lives easier. They responded to all of our messages thoroughly and quickly. Happy to support a company that goes above and beyond to support their customers, and comforted to know that if we ever do have any issues then they will be easy to contact.Overall, we’re beyond pleased with these toilets and the customer service of this company. Did I mention that we price-shopped and the price was the best on Amazon?

I appreciate that this company accommodates older constructions with a 10" rough. Plus, it’s the lowest height I could find, which is important for me since I have some molding on top that I don't want to remove. One additional feature I would have liked is a side-mounted command, but I suppose you can't have everything.I did have some trouble figuring out how to connect and adjust the dual flush system, but the toilet itself looks great and is easy to clean. Once I sorted everything out, it has performed well.Overall, I would recommend it for its design and ease of maintenance.

We purchased 3 of these toilets to replace all the ones in our house. 2 of the old ones (Glacier Bay) put in by our builder had cracked .. multiple times :O. Sometimes you never even know how much you didn't like something until you replace it with one that is so much better. Most importantly, the flushing mechanism works great at both settings. The lower tank allows for me to hang bath towels above it. With our previous toilet I could only put hand towels over it because the tank was so high. The chair height is comfortable for us more mature people. My Toto Bidet seat fit perfectly. The installation was easy since everything was mostly put together. It looks nice and is easy to clean. It even arrived 5 days earlier than predicted. I can't say I thought I would be excited to write a review about a toilet .. but the whole family is really happy with the new product.
