The other reviews are right- it's a bit flimsy and the hardware is wimpy (I added our own heavy duty snaps). I also put up a rubber coated chain above it when we left the stall door open. It's good for the price though and, for me, worth the purchase as our horse doesn't act up in his stall or test it at all.

The clasps I would expect on a leash for a cat. Had to go out and buy sturdy hardware. Not what I expected.

Ok I read the other replies and took noted that the snaps were wrong for this guard and they''re right way to small and breakable, so here's what I did and it works great. I added big metal oval clips and put them thru the nylon straps and left the other snaps on just hanging. The larger clips was a lot easier to snap on the big eye screws! My stall guard is on my back stall door which goes out to a run. I don't want my mare out in the sun destroying her hair coat, so she's out in mornings and late evenings. This guard lets in plenty of air and I put it up high enough for her to just get her head over but not so high she can go under. So far going well! Sellers just need to put on heavier snaps!!!

I had high hopes for this stall guard but it did not measure up. First, the claps are very small. They do not fit around a normal o ring so we had a hard time attaching it to begin with, then within the first 3 days my horse broke right through it and ripped the latch from the guard. Do not recommend

Horrible stall guard. One was broken when it arrived, the other tore almost immediately and they weren’t returnable.Save your money, these are garbage.

My mare went right through this guard and broke it at 3 of the 4 corners at the stitching. The threads just came out. The webbing is 3 separate pieces along the top and the bottom and the stitching is weak.

This looked a great product - it was the perfect size and a fantastic price. Sadly when it arrived the trigger clips are too small (tight) to use with normal tie rings. I have contacted the seller in the hope they can advise which tie rings I should use and all will be resolved and I can get this fitted in time for my boys Christmas.
