I purchased 2 of these for my living room end tables. It looks really beautiful, especially when burning candles. These are larger than I expected, but works perfectly for my end tables and can hold a large pillar candle!

Love that this will hold a large Yankee Candle jar candle. Has a little raised base which is nice. Looks decent. Wish the pattern let they a littleMore of the candle light however. In the daylight you can barely tell the candle is lit. At night it’s there but hardly going to light up the room.

I wanted/needed an eclectic (not electric) shade cover for my Firefly prop table lamp. I am 14 days deep in use/ownership, and I love it. This candle holder, inverted, could not have been more perfect in size, look, and feel.It is 7 1/2 inches in interior depth and 5 1/8 inches in interior diameter. It slips over my lamp base like they were made for each other. As the candle holder base is now up top, I paired it with a 5.5 Watt (40W equivalent) LED reproduction "vintage" Edison bulb, for its negligible LED heat output. With the LED bulb running 14 hours a day, the inverted candle holder (turned lamp shade) is only barely warm to the touch.Happily, my candle holder survived shipping without any deformation or damage. Better still, it is sturdy enough for me to handle (twice) daily while toggling my (base mounted) lamp switch on/off, without any danger of deformation (and I am not treating it gingerly). Also of note, the sticker on the underside of the base removed easily with no residue.I am thinking seriously about ordering a second, to keep in storage, in case anything untoward ever happens to the first.I'll say it again. I love my candle holder, it fits pretty much every candle I've bought since I got it, so 20oz walmart candles (mainstays and better home and gardens), The 1 wick smaller sized wood wick candle jars which I also got from walmart. I also can fit the huntingham home candles from aldi in it. I love that I can buy cheaper candles and this makes it feel so much more dressed up and fancy!I originally bought this after I had gotten a faulty candle that exploded (I let it burn for way too long that is probably why) and this helps me have better peace of mind that things cant as easily catch on fire around it, if the glass breaks it can help contain everything, and it could make it easier to pick up and move and bring outside if it starts getting really crazy.I never since had a faulty candle but this does help me feel that much more confident about having candles around, plus they look gorgeous!

Can I suggest which candle you should put in here for a beautiful effect! I am not much into real candles because the smell irritates my nose and eyes and have read that it is bad for your health and the air quality in your house. Any way, I just discovered one of those flameless candles that I bought myself for Christmas. Well I found out it fits perfectly in this jar, better yet you can get a remote with it or it can run on a timer, where it will light up the same time every night and stays lit for 5 hours. You can buy it on Amazon, it's called luminara candle. it has two sizes and the one that is five inches tall will fit perfectly inside. It looks like a real candle, it. is quite awesome I must say. I will never buy another real candle again!! oh and the batteries last for 500 hours. Check it out, you won't be sorry.

I ordered two of these and put flicker battery operated candles in them. They are on a five hour cycle timer and they create lovely glow.

I liked the look of this item and have been recently decorating my house and this item fitted with my Moroccan red living room. I'm very pleased with this.The Base is wide enough to hold tealight up to large candles, collecting excess wax in the roomy Base. The effect of the light shining through the holes in the sides, makes for a kaleidoscope effect.The design is made to last long and makes for a talking point decoration / ornament. Recommended!

This is very pretty lit up. Will hold a fairly large pillar or jar style candle. But it lights up beautifully with just a larger size tea candle. Good value for the sale price. Would recommend.
