Easy to use and does not bother my sensitive skin but I’m finding I still have a somewhat of a slimy feel on the bottom and sides of the hot tub.

This product cleaned up my hot tub so well after it had been closed for a couple of years. It was simple to do, after you add the 3-in-1 to the water, all you do is scoop the out the discolored foam. And wipe the walls. The tub looked clean but the product cleaned out the parts you can't see, the lines. It is so easy and the water is beautifully clear!

This cleaner makes my spa routine really simple. Just some chlorine and this keep it crystal clear. Occasionally I still have to add the deformer but I love how clean the water looks and feels with this product.

Paid almost $60 for a NEW product & received what was clearly someone else's return. The only thing that was missing was the instruction sheet & apparently a dose or 2 of the conditioner. Luckily the instructions are also on the back of the smashed up box. I'm not going to deal with the return (probably their plan all along) but I do hope that this product is actually worth it, since it's already been returned once.

This products truly works if use following the instructions. I have an old hot tub and it cleaned it amazingly. The water is cristal clear, no residues, no odors and last clean for months depending on the use. Super simple to use.

Not Recommended.Absolutely bad. The Retailer description and Instructions are not match with the Video they have advertized. The pouch shall not be poured into the hot tub except if you wanna clean the tub. I fllowed the video Instruction and I had to change the water. Because of the chemical added to the tub. And Amazon didn't take any responsibility.
