I burned out my original charger that wasn't dual voltage on a recent ski trip in Europe.There should be a description that it only will charge the Power plus S4 power packs.

Perfect for travel. There is nothing more annoying then taking a ski trip, remembering hotronics and forgetting the charger, hassling with foreign outlets, lumpy foot warmers or cold feet. This will live in my boot bag while the original charger is staying home. Totally worth the investment.

First time out with this charger and half way through the week one of the charging plugs stopped working, if it ever worked. I discovered this when my left foot became very uncomfortable and extremely cold while skiing. I verified the problem and I am not happy. Now I have to charge my batteries one at a time. And it is too late to return this item.
