Bought for my 15-year-old nephew. Instant hit. He pulled it out of the box right away to test it out. Handles are easy to rearrange. There’s a guided layout printed right on the board to help anyone new to workouts. High quality feel to it, durable. Provides a tough but effective workout. Easy to move around, could definitely see it being stored under a bed. Got the rest of the young guys in the family interested, so they were all taking turns (ages 7 on up). Pretty cool to see the kids figuring it out together.

I recently started using this for my push-ups, and I have to say, I’m really impressed with it! The ergonomic design makes it super comfortable to use. It supports my wrists and helps with proper alignment, so I feel less strain during my push-ups, which is a huge plus.I also love how compact and easy it is to store. It doesn’t take up much space, and I can simply tuck it away in a corner or even slip it into a drawer when I’m done.However, one downside is that the rubber feet on the bottom aren’t long enough. While it’s a minor issue, the device does tend to slide a bit on certain surfaces, which can be a little distracting when you’re in the middle of a set. Overall though, it’s still a great tool, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking to add some support and comfort to their push-up routine!

Got this as a Christmas present for my son. It works really well and my son is addicted to it. The different positions are working out great as each one requires different muscles.He and his dorm roommate did a push-up challenge in November where they did 100 push-ups everyday. They did it on the floor without any handles and started to get bored.He likes the fact that he can change it up and do some push-ups in each position.He's having a real hard time doing a push-up in the center position but he accepted the challenge. I'm sure after a week or two he will have it perfected.The overall design is great. The positions work well and the grips are comfortable.The only negative I would say is that it could be a little beefier. It's a little flimsier than I had hoped but it does the job.

This thing really works and you will feel it. Don't expect overnight visual results, but you will feel the pain the next day on the targeted body parts of the selected workout you choose. Despite the pain, work it off. If you work off the soreness, you will feel how much stronger you're getting quick. Start slow and work your way up. Only buy if you're serious about your finess health. Perfect!

I guess for 30 bucks it's as good as you could hope for. The quality is low but it does the job. The handles could use some padding

Got this for my husband after he kept sending It to me on TikTok.He takes It to the gym with him and said it works great and loves It.It stores easily and is light weight.We got It on sale and feel like it’s well worth the money.

as advertised, but would be nice to have more instructions. There is a danger of the rubber bands breaking and zapping back at you; had that happen on another product that uses the tubing - very painful so be careful..

I wanted a push-up board, and chose this one as it had what I wanted with BONUS bands, handles and straps. It arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately the strap for bands broke on first use and tainted the overall satisfaction of the product. I'll be returning this one and going for a more basic lower priced one.
